Service related process for Cameras falling nether the 1 year International Warranty

GoPro shall share troubleshooting tips over email/phone/conversation
If trouble still persists then GoPro shall share the RMA# over the e-mail to the customer basis which the replacement shall take place.
The faulty unit has to be couriered past the customer to Luxury Personified address
GoPro in turn shall then initiate the replacement once the faulty unit arrives at their country of origin. The replacement product from GoPro shall be couriered the customer address.

Service related procedure for Cameras falling under the 2nd twelvemonth Local Warranty

Physical damage and water impairment cases not considered under the 2nd yr warranty period.

Post inspection of product by LP staff, once approved, replacement model shall exist handed over.
In case of non-availability of approved replacement model (an EOL or no longer available product) which the customer is eligible for, the customer shall be liable to pay the difference in amount for the upgraded model opted, as the only option.

Terms & Conditions

The Warranty based on Extended Warranty:

Extended Warranty (EW) valid on camera with official product hologram purchased in Republic of india but.
EW applicative on HERO8 Black, MAX, HERO9 Black model only.
EW is effective from the engagement of purchase. 1st year International warranty, 2nd year local EW by Luxury Personified
EW is non-transferable and applicable only to the first hand user purchasing the production from an Authorised Dealer of Luxury Personified.
To avail extended warranty free of price, client needs to register within 1 month from the date of purchase.
Luxury Personified has every right to pass up if the required documents is missing or manipulated.
Does non embrace the production of which blazon or serial number has been altered, removed or defaced.
For replacement during the extended warranty, you need the EW issued past Luxury Personified. wherein you need to manus over or send the product to the Luxury Personified Collection Center in original packaging enclosing the Extended Warranty details.
In case of not - availability of approved replacement model (an EOL or no longer available product) which the client is eligible for, the client shall be liable to pay the deviation in corporeality for the upgraded model opted for, as the just option.

EW does not cover the following cases:-

Due to misue of the product.
Due to the accommodation, aligning, repairs disassembling, and /or cleaning performed on the product past whatsoever party other than the Luxury Personified.
Due to the exposure to grit, sand, fire, water (across 10 meter), shock etc.
Due to the mishandling of the production, improper storage, improper intendance, inadequate safekeeping.
